下記の通りなんですが、24h使用後に時計の画面に出てくるIDと、paypalで支払ったらライセンスキーがもらえる感じのはずです。

1. Wait for the ID code to appear on your watch after 24 hours of download
2. We will Email you the License Key once we receive Email notice from PayPal
3. Enter the key in the License Key box in your watch face settings on your phone, and you are all set!
